Hiring, as it stands, does not surface that match very well. Resumes flatten people into keywords. AI has flattened them further. The signals that once helped recruiters find the right person, and helped candidates prove they were that person, have quietly stopped working.
Hiring Companies is our attempt at something better. Two products, one for each side of the hire. HiringTest helps teams screen for what candidates can actually do with AI. HiringCase helps candidates build a portable, provable case for the work they are ready to do next. Same evaluation layer underneath, serving both sides of the same exchange.
If we do it right, a few more people end up in the work they were meant for. That is the whole idea.
